Windows Installer errors come in all

downloading a version of Windows Installer Cleanup Utility from the Internet,
installing it and then letting it clean out any of the problems that you'll
have on your system.
2) Clean Out The Malware / Viruses
On Your PC - the next step is to clean out any
viruses that Windows may have. This can be done by downloading an effective
virus removal application onto your system and then let it fix any of the
issues that your PC may have. It's often the case that viruses will infect your
computer, and continually lead your PC to run much slower as a result.
3) Fix The Registry Of Windows - the last step is to clean out the registry of your PC,
which is a large database that stores important information & settings for
the Windows system. Although the registry is used continually to help load up a
large number of vital options for the smooth operation of your system, it's
often leading a large number of problems to form on Windows, either due to the
way in which your computer will not be able to process the registry settings it
requires to run - or due to problems with the settings of your PC. You can fix
the problems you're facing by using a tool such as "Frontline Registry
Cleaner 2.0" to repair the various problems the registry will have.
