This error normally shows like this:
Error 1719. The Windows Installer Service Could Not Be
Accessed" Error Message When You Add or Remove Program
This error is caused when the Windows Installer program files are either not usable or inaccessible on your PC. Other causes of the error also include having a corrupt registry database on your system. To fix this problem, you need to be able to first fix all the damaged program files your PC might have, and then use a registry cleaner to mend any damaged registry settings that could be causing a problem.
The first thing you should do to fix
error 1719 is to reinstall Windows Installer on your computer. This can be done
by first downloading the latest version of this software from the Microsoft
website and then letting it install on your PC. This will overwrite any of the
potentially damaged or corrupt files that could be stopping it from installing,
allowing your computer to run smoothly and effectively again. After you've done
this, you should also re-register some of the DLL files that the installer
needs to run as well.
On top of that, you will also need
to be able to use a registry cleaner to fix any of the damaged registry
settings that could cause this problem. The registry is a database which stores
information and settings that your computer requires to run. Unfortunately,
this database is prone to becoming corrupted and damaged, leaving your system
running extremely slowly and with a lot of errors. It's often the case that the
likes of the 1719 error will be cause by the registry getting a series of
corrupt or damaged files inside it. To make sure this is not a problem, you
should use a 'registry cleaner' to repair any of the damaged settings that
could be affecting your system.
